Bietigheim-Bissingen, 3 December 2020: Alongside salary and career prospects, in the modern era employee satisfaction hinges particularly on feeling valued, being able to strike the right balance between work and family, and the use of flat hierarchies within company structures. Particularly for a medium-sized company like DÜRR DENTAL SE from Bietigheim-Bissingen in Germany, these are all topics that actively shape the way the company is run on a day-to-day basis, and the good working atmosphere and real sense of team spirit are highly valued.

The study was conducted based on assessments from former and current employees on the employer rating platform Kununu. "We are delighted to have received this important award from FOCUS Business, as it comes directly from within the company and thus means a lot more to us than many other awards. Our attractiveness as an employer in the dental industry is not only the basis for our long-term success, but it is also an important factor that helps us to attract and retain talented individuals during these challenging times", says Martin Dürrstein, CEO of DÜRR DENTAL SE, before adding: "My thanks go out to all of our employees who have helped us to win this fabulous award – and who offer their hard work, commitment and expertise every single day".
The high number of employees who have been with the company for a long time, including some who have enjoyed long service anniversaries, is further proof that this award is justified. The company from Bietigheim in Germany offers a great mix of interesting job profiles, attractive benefits and a motivating working atmosphere.
In addition, the company has also for many years placed great importance on offering young people excellent training opportunities with a particular focus on practical aspects of the job. This has also been confirmed by numerous further awards that DÜRR DENTAL has received as one of the best places for apprentices to train in the region.

The list of "Top SME Employers" has been drawn up by Focus Business for the fourth time now. The business & careers magazine hosts the award together with employer rating portal Kununu, where employees can anonymously rate their employer. In total, the performance of some 950,000 companies was analysed. Among other things, in order to be considered for the award companies needed to have a workforce between 11 and 500 employees and were required to to demonstrate an average rating of at least 3.5 to 5 stars as well as a high recommendation rate. This award is inspiration enough for DÜRR DENTAL to try and make sure that the company is among the award-winning companies again next year.
