Can you tell us about a project or a challenge that you have successfully tackled in the company?
The latest Online Cloud Viewer: Thanks to VistaSoft Cloud View, all dental images can now be viewed and temporarily modified directly in the browser.

What does a typical working day look like?
About 80% is spent on defining the technical and regulatory conditions to implement the requirements for the software and its architecture, answering questions about problems, supporting employees and about 20% programming (i.e. implementing the requirements).

Are there certain values or principles that you follow in the company and that contribute to your success?
Better before cheaper! It’s better to think through a functionality well than rushing it to the market before it’s complete.

If you had to express yourself in an emoji, which one would you choose for your current job?
✌️

Is there a career lesson you wish you had learnt earlier?
Don't always expect everything to work out straight away. Instead, approach a problem with more patience.

What advice would you give to a younger colleague who is just starting out in the industry?
Always be ready to learn something new every day and look forward to really exciting tasks in the industry.

What’s the most exciting part of your job?
The constant new challenges are what excite me the most. Although we have been implementing the software for 10 years, there are always completely new and exciting functions, from the introduction of CBCTs a few years ago to diagnostic support through AI.
