The following conditions apply to the registration
Conditions for registration and warranty extension
If you complete the device registration form correctly and return it within three months after purchasing the product, you receive an extended manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with the terms of sale, delivery and payment of Dürr Dental SE.
The extended manufacturer’s warranty only covers defects that were already present at the time the device was delivered to the end customer. It does not constitute liability for damage or defects occurring afterwards due to improper handling, external influences or normal wear. The warranty does not replace the legally required guarantee, but supplements it on a voluntary basis.
The extended warranty applies under the following conditions:
- Only original parts and accessories supplied by Dürr Dental are used.
- Only cleaning agents and disinfectants that have been approved by Dürr Dental are used.
- Any installation or re-installation work, modifications, upgrades and repairs are carried out by Dürr Dental or by a specialised dealer authorised by Dürr Dental.
- The device is used and operated in accordance with the installation and operating instructions.
- The dealer or customer can provide suitable documentation to demonstrate that the routine maintenance was carried out in accordance with the guidelines provided by Dürr Dental.
The original packaging should be kept on hand for returns, as it is the only packaging that guarantees optimum transport protection.
In case of a warranty claim, Dürr Dental does not accept liability for transport damage incurred due to faulty packaging. The dealer/customer bears the cost for the return transport to Dürr Dental. After completed warranty services, the return shipment of the item to the dealer/customer is free of charge.
