Compressed air
The NEW Tornado compressors. Built for the long run.
Run with safety– Compressed air for the highest demands in dentistry
A dental compressor must be a reliable partner for dental practices. The new Tornado meets the growing demands in terms of air quality and performance. The Tornado range from Dürr Dental features high quality at attractive prices – and this has been the case for decades. Compressors with less consumption and increased efficiency and longevity will help you to reduce your practice’s operating costs and protect the environment at the same time.
Membrane drying unit – always ready to run!
Clean air that is not contaminated by water, oil, or particles is an important hygiene factor in dental treatment. It also preserves the value of your compressor, your instruments, and your work. By the way: A membrane drying unit keeps you ready to go at all times, as it does not require any buffer time for regeneration.

Designed for silence and durability
The new Tornado combines high air quality with strong performance. Its aerodynamic noise reduction hood, available for Tornado 1 & 2, ensures an exceptionally quiet operation – as gentle as a light summer rain shower.

For the long run – durable and high-performance
The quality of the components and the details in the technical design ensure durability. The air circulation in the aggregates has been redesigned, optimizing thermal management. Due to an optimized thermal management, the heat now dissipates even better and the load during continuous operation is reduced – benefiting longevity. Having the piston sleeve replaced every ten years will ensure the functionality and value retention of your Tornado for a long time to come.

Compressed air with a quality promise
With Tornado compressors, you can be sure that the compressed air supplied to your treatment units meets the highest quality standards. On request, you can have your Tornado equipped with a bacteria filter. This means that the Tornado complies with the strict regulations of the international standard ISO 22052, which specifies the quality criteria for dental compressed air.
