How do the discount levels work?
The discount given depends on the total amount of your investment proposal and is divided into a total of 5 discount levels. The more products you need for your practice equipment, the more you can save. You can always keep an eye on your current discount via the ‘Configure now’ button.
A maximum discount of up to 15.000 € is granted per order.
Can I use my discount on my next investment proposal?
After your configuration, you will receive an automatically generated web code. This will be saved in your login and used when you create your next investment proposal to start with your last discount and move up the discount scale. If you have a code from the past, you can enter it above under “Enter web code”. In future, this will also be saved in the login. Your web code is valid for up to 5 years.
How does the enquiry work?
Once you have compiled your desired products, simply fill out our form and click on ‘Finalise configuration’. You will receive an automatically generated PDF by e-mail. To receive the specified discount, you can simply submit this document to your dental depot. The prices are recommended retail prices (RRP) from Dürr Dental. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Delivery and invoicing are carried out by a dental depot that accepts the order. The general terms and conditions of the depot apply.

You will receive tailored system solutions at attractive discounts – customised to your specific needs.
iDENTITY is aimed at:
– dentists who wish to set up their own dental practice
– dentists who wish to take over an existing practice and modernise it
The iDENTITY programme from DÜRR DENTAL is ideal for anyone who require coordinated, state-of-the-art technology whilst also wishing to benefit from price advantages.

The amount of the discount depends on the total value of your practice equipment. The following discount tiers currently apply:
- 3% discount on orders of €15,000 or more
- 5% discount on orders of €30,000 or more
- 7% discount on orders of €50,000 or more
- 10% discount on orders of €80,000 or more
- 12% discount on orders of €100,000 or more
A maximum discount of €15,000 is granted per order.
Your personal web code is valid for up to 5 years.
It is stored in your customer account and can be reused for future investment projects – so you can get started straight away with your existing discount level.
The process is simple and transparent:
1. Put together your desired practice equipment using the configurator
2. Enter your email address and complete the configuration
3. You will automatically receive a PDF document with your investment proposal by email
4. Submit this document to your Dental Depot to receive the discount
The prices shown are DÜRR DENTAL’s recommended retail prices (RRPs). All prices are exclusive of VAT. Delivery and invoicing are handled by the Dental Depot that accepts the order. The general terms and conditions of the Dental Depot apply.
