Entrepreneurship, innovative strength and personal commitment are the hallmarks of the winners of the "EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2021". The business award was presented to entrepreneurs in the categories "Family Business", "Innovation", "Sustainability" and "Young Companies" on 4 November 2021 in Berlin. CEO Martin Dürrstein, who is already the third generation to lead the medical technology company DÜRR DENTAL, received the award in the family business category. Another highlight: DÜRR DENTAL was selected from all the winners to represent Germany in the voting for the “World Entrepreneur Of The Year” in Monaco next year.
DÜRR DENTAL has been setting standards in dental medical technology for eight decades with its innovative developments and system solutions. Its innovative strength has made it the market leader in suction systems and digital X-ray technology, for example. This year DÜRR DENTAL is celebrating its 80th anniversary. Award winner Martin Dürrstein is very pleased about the award in the anniversary year: "The award confirms the innovative strength of our company, with which we continue to create forward-looking system solutions for the dental world after eight decades".
