Our hotline is located at our headquarters in Bietigheim-Bissingen. All our hotline staff are specialists with long experience as service technicians in the field. Because they are right next to our development and repair departments, they can offer fast and competent help even with complex issues – and of course this service is free-of-charge for our customers. You will only have to pay the usual phone rates.

VistaSoft & DBSWIN activation. A licence for efficiency.

When purchasing our VistaCam, VistaScan, VistaPano S or VistaVox S products, you will also receive a demo version of our imaging software DBSWIN free of charge for 30 days or 30 patients. The subsequent registration and activation of the software is performed by a service technician/IT expert. Alternatively you can perform the activation yourself.
