Product Registration FAQ

The product registration clearly assigns the device and the warranty to the end customer (dental office or clinic).
This ensures that:

Warranty and warranty services are correctly assigned
Important product or security-related information reaches the right recipient
Maintenance reminders can be provided for the enrolled device

Basically, almost all New devices for product registration as long as the New devices can be installed and registered within 3 months of purchasing the product.

The product registration itself is not mandatory.
However, in order to achieve a Warranty Extension product registration is required.

The following information is required for product registration:

Serial number (serial number)
Model or reference number (REF.)
Product Name (if asked)

This information can be found on the type plate of the device.

For product registration, the End customer (dental practice or clinic) responsible.

No. The product registration must be carried out by the end customer.
Dealers and service technicians can guide the customer through the registration process, but do not carry out the registration themselves.
